If you're looking for fancy racks of lingerie, you're in the wrong place. The Hasidic owner knows his stock, knows where everything is, and will likely know your bra size just looking at you. Tell him what you want. He'll find the appropriate boxes of product and you can try stuff on in the back. Gorgeous original tile and store front outside. Closed on Saturdays.

I walked in today with a photo of what I had in mind and the lady who owns the store knew exactly what style to give based off the picture and just asked me to take off my coat and picked out the perfect size for me! She was extremely professional and respectful while fitting me! I felt I was in good hands and that she would be ready to help me with more if needed, but what she picked was perfect! I have had a few corsets before but not any that were this well made! I couldn’t believe how amazing I felt! They are extremely comfortable and beautiful! I would recommend that anyone looking for a corset purchase from this place, you will not be disappointed at all!

Peggy is an angel - gentle, kind, reassuring. I was a little nervous, but had never had a bra fitting before and my girlfriend told me this is the place. It took her about 45 seconds to whip out a perfectly fit bra!! She disappeared behind another curtain to get me the bustier that I needed too! She’s just so great that I wish we were best friends and she just has the perfect presence for someone dealing with half naked ladies all day. I’m visiting from Kansas and their prices are so reasonable. 💗💗 I will definitely be back next time.

Just had the most amazing experience!! I highly recommend this place! I scheduled an appointment the day before. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a gentleman and a lady took me back behind a curtain. She looked at me for literally 1 second and found me 2 beautiful corsets that fit perfectly!! She is clearly a trained eye and an expert! She assisted me in trying each one on and I was in complete awe at how beautiful I looked. I will definitely be back here for more!! They are so affordable too! I am in love with this place!!

When you are in New York, do as New York will do! Go here. It is an initiation into corsets, but you must be a tolerant and understanding person. They will know if you are not. I had to make a personal appointment and when I was greeted, I met a wonderful team who helped me navigate the small shop. I really liked the friendliness with other patrons in the shop. Two at a time women coming in for fittings for the next thing they have to do. Covid safe. I was fitted for a corset you could buy on Amazon and could return and exchange. But since you don't know, and may have never crossed over to a corset, just FYI, many women in NYC do! I am a mastectomy patient and I had to be very clear about what I liked and hated to avoid being talked into a sale. But I will say there was never a moment when I was oversold. This is a shop who respects your wishes. She and I connected in knitting and my need for tailorship. I was just disappointed that she couldn't do more for me. But I understand because she is an entryway into girdles, or corsets...again. I had to say "I hate it," and then she understood. She was able to sell a wonderful nude corset that I could wear that very night under my garment, for a Broadway show. I still looked great in my corset. I just it could be more tailor made.

As others have mentioned, the couple who run this store are amazing. I walked in and within a few moments was fit with the perfect corset. I had a general idea of what I wanted, and only needed to try on one - the woman who fitted me guessed my size perfectly on the first try. I left as a very happy customer with a new corset! Will definitely be back for more!
